We offer an opportunity to work with highly motivated colleagues in an exciting and growing industry. The Building Automation system monitors, trends, and logs system performances that can be retrieved and analyzed for system faults and human error. Through innovative technology, JSET provides active alarm monitoring solutions for all your automation needs. Compensation: Depending upon experience, our Project Manager makes $90 to $120K base salary. JSET Also has a very incentive base bonus structure that allows project managers to increase their annual salary significantly. Schedule: Typical hours of operation are 6:30 am to 4:30 pm. Salary employees are expected to work a minimum of 40 hours per week. Project Managers are expected to be onsite regularly. Project locations vary between Hilliard, Dublin, and New Albany. Job Requirements: Utilizing the understanding of controls systems, building operations, and industrial HVAC equipment to oversee the installation and testing of building management systems. Installing functional building management systems to meet customer specifications. Developing and/or reviewing PLC/DDC submittals and drawings as needed to verify customer needs and requirements are met. Developing and/or reviewing testing and commissioning documentation as needed to verify software and hardware is functioning as expected. Developing and/or reviewing BMS Design documentation including Functional Design Specs, Network Architecture Diagram, BOMs, etc. Overseeing project installation, reviewing Submittals, and helping distribute information to the installers and technicians. Tracking job costing, project financials, and submitting invoices. Making sure everyone working under you has everything they need to be efficient and successful on projects you are responsible for Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending training and workshops pertaining to hardware and software used to execute projects. Serving as a mentor to team members (technicians/installers/apprentices etc.) assisting them with system design, panel building, PLC/DDC configuration & programming, HMI development, general HVAC mechanical knowledge, etc. Minimum qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. 5+ years in the HVAC or Electrical Industry. Minium of 1-2 years previous project management experience Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety. Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols. Organizational skills Must be able to work in a team environment. Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
