NetWorth Realty of San Antonio is seeking an Office Coordinator to perform various clerical, recordkeeping, escrow coordination, and support tasks. Duties/Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls with a courteous and friendly demeanor. Provide a welcoming atmosphere for our staff and clients. Run office errands and make in-office bank deposits. Maintain a calendar of appointments for managers & associates. Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office and equipment. Performs clerical duties, including data entry, documenting, and research. Operates office machines, including copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, personal computers, and other standard office equipment. Copies, sorts, and electronically files records related to office activities, business transactions, and other matters. Prepares letters, memos, forms, and reports according to written or verbal instructions. Sorts incoming mail, delivers it to the appropriate department or individual, and processes outgoing mail. Manage contract-to-close process using checklists and systems, ensuring all deadlines are tracked and met. Main point of communication between office and corporate and with cooperating agents, lenders, and escrow companies on closings. Anticipate potential issues and problem-solve preemptively . Organize workflow and reduce inefficiencies . Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other related software. Fluent in Spanish and English, reading, writing, and speaking. Ability to work independently. Must have reliable transportation. Physically work from the office 8 am to 5 pm, Monday - Friday. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. two years of previous office clerical experience is preferred. Required- fluent in Spanish and English; reading, writing, and speaking. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time. Compensation: $18 - $23 Hourly base pay, DOE. Full Medical, Dental, and Vision offered, including telehealth. Details: Hourly Non-Exempt, Non-Supervisory.
