As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing a positive and welcoming experience for all visitors and employees. Your primary responsibility will be to greet and assist guests, answer phone calls, and perform general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth daily operations of our office. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent customer service skills, we want to hear from you!Job: Full timePay Range: $950 - $1300 weekly Responsibilities: Welcome and greet all visitors, ensuring a positive and friendly experience Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or employee Assist with general inquiries, providing accurate information to visitors and callers Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room reservations Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Bonus Points: Dental Insurance Disability Insurance Health Insurance Flexible Spending Account Powered by JazzHR
