We are looking for an experienced Marketing Program Manager to join our leading Tech clients Marketing team. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in digital marketing, alayzing campaign performance, and building out functions in Smartsheets. This is a hybrid role with 3 days onsite in Santa Monica, CAJob Responsibilities: Plays both a Marketing Manager and Program Manager role. Proficient in Smartsheet- has built workspaces and automation to support different teams' use-cases. Oversee requirements, stakeholders, timelines, and critical meetings to develop a rhythm to the business. Excellent verbal and written communication to provide updates, ongoing meeting notes, escalations, and formal newsletters. Develops intake and prioritization frameworks that support the business. Plays a crucial role in ensuring that all interdependencies are connected and considered when making decisions. Understanding and managing stakeholder needs and requests Drive marketing programs to build brand awareness and adoption of new platform based on generative AI. Plan and deliver online campaigns complimented with internal enablement. Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics, identifying opportunities to enhance campaigns and improve performance. Work effectively across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize workloads for the larger team. The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $44.65 to $49.61 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
