The candidate will serve in extensive legal research and legal writing, representing clients before the Federal Immigration Courts, Board of Immigration Appeals and United States and Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) advising clients on immigration matters, case management, and general legal duties related to effective client representation. Ability to speak Spanish or any other language is preferred. Should be a member in good standing of the State Bar.Additional Skills: The candidate will be working in a team oriented environment. Must bring a positive attitude and a willingness to grow and learn new skills. Must be organized and detail oriented. Requires attention to detail, effective multitasking, communication skills, and execution of duties with professionalism. The firm offers: Health insurance, 401(k) and 401(k) match, Paid time off.
