The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably gained at an AmLaw 100 firm, and a science background (MD, MPH, PharmD, Epidemiology). The primary responsibilities of this role include working closely with experts, assisting in fact development and depositions, drafting various legal documents, and contributing to case strategy. Superior research, analytical, and writing skills and experience in product liability and complex commercial litigation are essential.Duties:Collaborate with experts to develop effective case strategies.Assist in fact development and deposition preparation.Review, analyze, and draft discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda.Participate in case strategy discussions and planning sessions.Conduct legal research on relevant case law, statutes, and regulations.Requirements:3+ years of litigation experience, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm.Experience in product liability and/or complex commercial litigation.Science background (MD, MPH, PharmD, Epidemiology) required.Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from a nationally recognized law school.Bar admission in the State of Minnesota.Direct and applicable experience working at an AmLaw 100 law firm.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from a nationally recognized law school.Certifications:Bar admission in the State of Minnesota.Skills:Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills.Ability to work effectively with experts and legal teams.Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.Proficiency in legal research tools and databases.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
