Interview, Hire and build a team of in-home BCBAs and RBTs. Foster outstanding customer and clinical staff engagement and satisfaction Create action plans to improve clinical operations. Own quality and outcomes, RBT credentialing, and utilization KPIs. Qualifications Minimum 3 years as BCBA Some leadership or training experience as a BCBA Experience as Clinical Director or similar preferred Compensation--- $92,000 - $105,000 salary--- Great Medical, Dental and Vision insurance--- PTO and Paid Sick Time--- 401K with match
