Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history.Northrop Grumman is currently seeking a Level 3 Principal Financial Analyst to provide support to our Aerospace Structures team on site at our Clearfield, UT location with partial telework options available .As a Financial Analyst for our Aerospace Structures group, you will be responsible for supporting our Accounting and Compliance Team. This position will work very closely with management, operational leaders, internal customers and other sites within the Aerospace Structures Business Unit.You will work with the Finance team as well as other departments on the following: Prepare and analyze financial reports and communicate recommendations to management Prepare, analyze, and report monthly expenses Compare to forecast and provide variance analysis Adhoc support for government requests Support internal key stakeholders for compliance direction Experience Requirements: Candidate must have exposure to and an aptitude to learn more about the following: Financial Reporting Financial Analysis Financial and accounting concepts Microsoft office software proficiency required, specifically Excel Contribute to the quarterly EAC (Estimate at Complete) process Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of related experience or Master's Degree with 4 years of related experience This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret or Top Secret Clearance as well as Program Special access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs. Salary Range: $76,600 - $115,000The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
