Requirements: Board-certified or truly board-eligible Pediatrician MD/DO degree accepted Valid medical license required Practice Details: 4-day work week including a light call schedule and manageable patient volume The team includes 2 established pediatricians and a pediatric nurse practitioner Immediate patient panel engagement with a retiring pediatrician’s practice Compensation & Benefits: Employed position with compensation starting at $299,000+ A residency stipend is available to support your professional growth $100,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and $100,000 in direct student loan repayment offered Benefits include 401(k) plan, malpractice insurance, 4 weeks PTO, and CME time/allowance Location: Provides easy access to cities in Northern California and Oregon Abundant recreational opportunities including hiking, kayaking, boating, mountain climbing, and more Reputable public schools and affordable housing options for families Charming Main Street with various restaurants and boutiques, including year-round local events JN -082023-29424
