Lead, coordinate, and manage laboratory instrumentation Field Service Team to ensure all customers receive Best In-Class service while managing department budget. Responsibilities: *** Monitor performance and success of current Field Service Program. *** Develop and implement Improvement Plans. *** Manage overall financial expenses using key financial and operational data to monitor performance and improve cost efficiencies. *** Lead recruiting, hiring, and training of new technicians. *** Ride along with technicians to provide coaching and improve day to day operations. *** Ensure all technicians are properly trained on company products. *** Ensure routine collection and reporting of field service information within service database. *** Plan and coordinate appropriate Engineering Change Notifications. *** Support development and testing of new devices, components and procedures designed to improve the operation, reliability or convenience of all systems.
