Real Estate Transaction Coordinator

We are searching for a transaction coordinator to assist our real estate team. You’ll manage all administrative aspects of the transaction from contract to close, including providing assistance with escrow-related documentation, scheduling inspections and repairs, and acquiring seller approval for offers and counteroffers. Responsibilities: • Schedule home inspections and any necessary repairs, and assist in negotiations regarding repairs• Schedule moving times and attending all closing-related meetings• Save customer information in the CRM system, forward all necessary paperwork to the office broker for file compliance, and track transaction activities• Help agents, customers, and other parties with all escrow paperwork, including appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans• Acquire seller approval for offers and counteroffers from buyers to complete the process in a timely manner Qualifications: • Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferred• Obtained real estate license or are currently pursuing• Motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service• Applicants must possess exceptional organizational and verbal and written skills• High school or equivalent required, some college experience preferred Compensation: $60,000 - $90,000+ DOE About Company: Brody Broker has been involved in the real estate business for over two decades.
