How you create impact: Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience through timely communication and transparency. Develop and implement innovative and diverse recruiting and sourcing strategies, including job boards, social and professional networks, online communities, and resume databases. Manage full cycle recruiting process. Drive the offer process by working closely with internal partners and collaborating with HR colleagues to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Conduct phone and in-person initial screenings. Facilitate interviews with other members of HR, hiring managers, and senior leaders. Coordinate applicant assessments and analyze results. Maintain a bench of qualified and skilled candidates in advance of need. Participate in, and/or lead HR-related projects. Promote Ayers’ culture and values and help guide hiring decisions. What makes you stand out: Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business, or related area of study preferred. Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably with hourly production, professional and sales recruiting background. 3-5 years of experience in a professional talent acquisition role. High level of self-awareness and humility. Genuine integrity- doing things right the first time, even when it’s hard and no one’s looking. Proven experience and specialized knowledge of recruiting practices, principles, applications, and methods. Ability to influence decisions through relationships by utilizing strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong organization and verbal/written communication skills. Highly developed sense of emotional intelligence. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. A proactive and results-driven approach to recruiting.
