NOTICE OF VACANCY POSITION: Director of Building and GroundsQUALIFICATIONS: Candidates must be able to: * Oversee day-to-day operations of our facilities and physical plant. * Collaborate with administration and contractors on capital improvement projects. * Utilize your in-depth knowledge of building projects to manage and drive successful initiatives. * Have proven experience in building and grounds management. * At least five years of experience in Facilities Management and/or related fields (preferred). * Ability to supervise custodial/ maintenance staff. * Understanding of PA state regulatory building codes for schools (preferred) * Knowledge of HVAC, refrigerant recovery, carpentry, masonry, key control, locks, building security, electric systems including power distribution, pneumatics, plumbing, asbestos regulations, fire suppression systems and local ordinances (preferred). * Expertise in institutional floor care, carpet cleaning and use of proper chemicals for cleaning specifically in school setting and knowledge of storage of chemicals. * Effective communication and supervisory skills/excellent computer skills.SALARY: $65,000-$80,000 (offer commensurate upon experience)An Equal Rights and Opportunities School Districtrecblid r82a7c7j3qkawno4pw72t6dmeq294i PDN-9bd57c50-af41-4ed6-85a6-c82bd89c607e
