The University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics department of Food & Nutrition Services is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to supervise the performance of general service staff in designated areas, and enforces departmental work guidelines and policies/procedures. * Maintain adequate staffing, food quality, schedules, and quality assurance records * Complete assigned forecasting * Order menu items to meet demand * Assist in providing food service as needed * Attend assigned meetings and conducts staff meetings University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics-recognized as one of the best hospitals in the United States-is Iowa's only comprehensive academic medical center and a regional referral center.
