<p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p><ul><li>Manage multiple, complex technical projects across Cloud and Software Engineering</li><li>Identify and escalate conflicts and be able to manage trade-offs involving features, cost, design and schedule.</li><li>Effectively communicate with senior management on decisions that impact multiple program</li><li>Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives</li><li>Using your support and release management experience, develop a robust framework and enablement roadmap that encompasses processes, procedures, timelines, and resources</li><li>Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance</li><li>Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached</li><li>Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity</li><li>Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives</li><li>Track progress on committed dependencies; identify and help resolve potential risks or issues.</li><li>Provide support and guidance to teams throughout the release, promptly addressing questions and concerns.</li><li>Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams</li><li>Build the necessary awareness and knowledge for analysts to efficiently adopt and support release-related changes</li><li>Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department</li><li>Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders</li></ul><p><strong>Basic Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>2-3 years experience in Technical Project Management.</li><li>A technical background in Software Engineering or Cloud Engineering.</li><li>Awareness of Agile/Scrum/Kanban concepts.</li><li>Working knowledge of service management and secure software development practices.</li><li>Experience driving private and public cloud programs in a Technical Project Manager capacity.</li><li>Excellent organizational, presentation and communication skills.</li><li>Able to drive collaboration and influence multiple teams.</li></ul><p>This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $46.55/hour - $62.07/hour</p><p>Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K</p>
