The ideal candidate should possess strong academic credentials, exceptional oral and written communication skills, and the ability to handle a diverse caseload of varying complexities independently. This position requires a self-motivated individual who can excel in a fast-paced team environment.Duties:Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents related to intellectual property litigation cases.Represent clients in District Court of Delaware and other relevant courts, both in court hearings and through written pleadings.Provide legal counsel to clients regarding intellectual property issues, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys in the firm on case strategy, client consultations, and trial preparation.Participate in all aspects of litigation, from case initiation to post-trial motions and appeals.Stay current on changes in intellectual property laws and regulations.Manage and maintain accurate case records, billing, and timekeeping.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Active membership in the Delaware State Bar.A minimum of 2 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on intellectual property litigation in the District Court of Delaware.Superior academic credentials.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Strong research and analytical abilities.Self-motivated and able to work independently.Ability to manage and prioritize a significant caseload of varying complexity.Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.High ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.Certifications:Active membership in the Delaware State Bar.Skills:Legal research and analysis.Courtroom representation and oral advocacy.Legal writing and document drafting.Intellectual property law knowledge.Case management and organization.Teamwork and collaboration.Time management and multitasking.
