Provide comprehensive case management services to children and adolescents referred for therapeutic foster care and/or adoption services. Coordinate case management activities, including planning, placement monitoring, crisis intervention, and discharge planning. Offer support and consultation to therapeutic foster care and adoptive parents, families, adolescents, and other members of the treatment team. Why should I apply?
