We are seeking an experienced, customer-centric leader who is ready to take on the role of Regional Director for the British Columbia and Ontario locations. As a Regional Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success and growth of Chatters Limited Partnership, embodying the company's values and commitment to excellence in every aspect of your role. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Store Operations , this is a great opportunity for an ambitious individual to provide support to our locations in British Columbia and Ontario – some travel required. This opportunity is open to applicants residing in British Columbia or Ontario. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Leadership and Team Management: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the regional team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. You’re an excellent problem solver who knows how to get things done. You work closely with the District Managers to implement relevant objectives, KPI’s, processes and programs. Recruit, train, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of managers and staff across multiple locations. Foster a positive and dynamic work culture that encourages collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of all locations within the region, ensuring adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures. Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency, maximize sales, and enhance profitability. Analyze performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans to address operational challenges.
