Description:

Nurse Practitioner needed in Arizona for Pain Management coverage. Must be Board Certified, have current DEA, and Arizona state license. Shifts will be Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm. Will see 15-18 patients per day and patient population is adults. Support staff includes physician, FNP.
