Job Description POSITION SUMMARY * Oversees the operations of the Nursing department, including the delivery of nursing services. * Actively participates in the Performance Improvement and Risk Management programs. * Interprets accreditation and regulatory standards and implements processes to ensure compliance. * Develops and implements goals, policies and protocols. * Serves as the Infection Prevention/Control Officer. Responsible for providing oversight and direction for the hospitalInfection Prevention Program.EDUCATION:Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program, Master's preferred.EXPERIENCE:5 years of psychiatric nursing experience, with minimum of 3 years consisting of management/administrative/director of nursing experience.
