You’ll hunt for leads, cultivate relationships with potential customers, and assess their wants and needs to help them find that perfect property. Responsibilities: • Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market• Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale• Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads• Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget• Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process• Follow the team plan• Team player• Lead follow up• Lead generation• Database and CRM• Good communication• Attend office and coaching meetings Qualifications: • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• An established track record of successful real estate sales • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry• Commission opportunity• Great communication• Real estate license required Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 at plan About Company: As a team, Kindred Real Estate did over $54 million in gross sales in 2022.
