Stasmayer Inc. is actively seeking for a Sales Coordinator to join theirteam in North Charleston, SC. Internal PositionTitle: CIO Coordinator ExemptionStatus: Exempt Department: CIO BasicFunction: One of the primaryresponsibilities of the position will be to shape existing relationshipsthrough trust within the CIO department. This role bridges the gap between thetechnical work we perform to maintain a world class IT infrastructure and thevision that our clients have and want to realize. In this role you will assistthe CIO to coordinate and expand relationships between the Managed ITDepartment and the customer. PrincipalResponsibilities: * Coordinate the relationship betweenthe Managed IT Department and the customer* Assist the CIO with the receiving ofnew and existing relationships from Sales to foster and grow* Assist in retention of accountsthrough great customer service and expectation setting* Review and convert findings from theNetwork Administration department reports in to meaningful and prescriptiveexecutive level conversation* Schedule and coordinate clientmeetings and other events. Continuous management the departments calendaractivity* Prepare executive levelpresentations and attend Quarterly meetings with clients to discuss progressand strategy to continue relationship growth.* Oversee action items that may resultfrom Quarterly meetings with clients and the appropriate department that willundertake tasks* Work with the project team, CIO'sand distribution to provide accurate quote scopes of all project sizes withconcise goals and for clear execution by the project team* Work and coordinate with vendors asnecessary to ensure solutions meet the requirements* Sales opportunity tracking andmanagement* Personal performance trackingthrough Key Performance Indicators* Any other task or function assignedby management* Ensure day-to-day service activitiescomply with standards for our clients and operational excellence.
