Job Title: Billing ClerkJob Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Billing Clerk. As a Billing Clerk, you will be responsible for processing and tracking invoices, providing customer service, and ensuring timely and accurate billing for our clients. Responsibilities:- Processing and sending out invoices to clients- Monitoring accounts receivable and following up on outstanding payments- Verifying and reconciling billing information- Providing exceptional customer service to address inquiries and resolve billing discrepancies- Maintaining accurate records of billing activities and communicating with internal teams as needed- Collaborating with team members to improve billing processes and proceduresQualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent required- 1-2 years of experience in billing, accounting, or related field preferred- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and billing software- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Excellent communication and customer service skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectivelyIf you are a motivated and reliable individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for accuracy and customer service, we encourage you to apply for the Billing Clerk position.
