Position Overview: We're looking for a strategic leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, possesses exceptional problem-solving skills, and is passionate about driving operational excellence. As the Director of Operations & Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization, overseeing all aspects of operations, and spearheading strategic initiatives to fuel our growth trajectory. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance organizational performance. Lead cross-functional teams to drive key initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and goals. Establish and monitor KPIs to track performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives, including market expansion, product development, and organizational restructuring. Drive innovation and foster a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging best practices and emerging trends to drive competitive advantage. Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Must be CPA (inactive/active) certified. Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial position. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Exceptional leadership abilities, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Experience in manufacture is a plus, but not required.
