As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you'll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You'll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google . Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in program management. Experience managing and scaling cross-organization and cross-functional technical programs. Experience with leadership, working with engineers and technology. Preferred qualifications: 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. Experience in general internet security. Experience with distributed pipelines/infrastructure. Experience with GCP or other Cloud offerings. Responsibilities Work with engineers, product and program managers, to bootstrap programs and help scale the organization to operate in a very fast paced and research-like environment. Take a strategic approach to remove process friction and build efficiencies. Partner with engineering and product teams and encourage them to learn organizational best practices. Manage dependencies and escalations, and drive visibility on progress and risks to leadership.
