Role and Responsibilities: π Assist in all aspects of invasive cardiac, vascular, and interventional procedures in the Cath Lab. π Manage patient care from transport to procedure through recovery, maintaining meticulous records and communication. π Ensure effective communication within the team, using structured handoff protocols to enhance patient safety and care continuity. π€ Work collaboratively with a dedicated team to ensure the best outcomes for patients and their families. π Demonstrate flexibility and resilience in a high-stress environment, readily adapting to emergent situations. Qualifications: π Associateβs Degree in nursing required, Bachelorβs preferred. β€οΈ Current nursing license and good standing required. Specific credentials in Cath Lab nursing highly preferred. πΌ Minimum 2-3 years of Cath Lab experience or 5+ years in a high acuity setting such as ICU. π Required certifications: BLS and ACLS from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross. π Shift: 12-hour shifts, Daytime with rotational weekend and holiday call.
