Learn more at Responsibilities Direct the region's sales activities that result in meeting annual growth and revenue objectives Lead/manage the Region Clinical Manager, collaborating with them on the direction and development of the region clinical consultant team members Directs the sales performance in specified region Identify, hire, retain and develop talent through proactively managing performance Develop strategies for launching new accounts and greater penetration in existing accounts Establish effective communications with executives and managers across the company to ensure proper sensitivity to the needs of sales Lead difficult sales negotiations, especially with larger prospects Collaborate with cross functional departments within the organizations in order to support region growth
