Hotel & Resort Regional Account Manager Location: Birmingham Salary: Up to £40,000COREcruitment is working with a hotel based in Birmingham who are looking for a Region Account Manager As a Regional Account Manager, you'll be at the forefront of representing our esteemed resort and contributing to its exciting expansion. Your primary focus will involve managing local corporate and agency accounts, along with nurturing relationships with local business partners. This role offers a competitive salary, car allowance, and an annual bonus scheme. You must have a hotel background for this role. Key Responsibilities: Manage an existing portfolio of local corporate and agency accounts. Actively seek new business opportunities within our defined customer segment, aligning with the hotels business objectives. Drive revenue growth and secure additional events across all segments, leveraging effective communication and exceptional customer service. Promote the hotel through industry exhibitions, client events, networking opportunities, and familiarization visits. Identify opportunities for profit, client value creation, and innovative solutions. Collaborate with the on-site Events Team to deliver outstanding service.
