The incumbent will lead the production of corporate reports and documents using data to demonstrate organizational adherence to standards and indicators such as those related to wait-times, workload, department-specific key performance indicators, costing, patient satisfaction, and other metrics. This includes developing and implementing computer programs to extract, compile, and analyze system performance-related data. This role also includes ongoing management of our Executive dashboard, department scorecards, organizational dashboards, data specification documentation, maintaining the security of shared information through the Share Point website, and coordination of other System Performance projects and deliverables as assigned.
