π₯ RN Medical ICU (MICU) β Wichita, KS π΅ Salary: $27.64 - $40.02/hr + $3.25 night differential, $4.50 weekend differentialπ Join Our Team at The Medical Center: A leader in healthcare, serving patients with a full range of medical services. Our 600+ bed facility, including a dedicated MICU, focuses on providing meticulous care for critical conditions. Role and Responsibilities: π Full-time nights (7-10 hour shifts), including rotating weekends. π₯ Provide critical care for patients with heart failure, respiratory distress, sepsis, and more. π©Ί Utilize strong assessment and clinical skills for multisystem disorders, invasive procedures, and emergency conditions. π€ Lead coordinated efforts among healthcare disciplines to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Qualifications: π Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred. π Active Kansas RN license or multistate RN license. β€οΈ Current BLS required; ACLS preferred. π Previous ICU or acute care experience is highly regarded but not mandatory; willing to train dedicated professionals.
