Role and Responsibilities: π Shifts Available: Full-time, Days (Rotating Weekends) π©Ί Provide direct nursing care and supervise non-licensed nursing staff. π Utilize the nursing process for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to optimize outcomes. π Manage patient care including screening, diagnostics, treatment planning, and recovery. Qualifications: π Bachelor of Science in Nursing required, or enroll in a BSN program within 5 years of hire. π Current RN licensure by the North Carolina Board of Nursing or a Compact state license. β€οΈ Current BLS certification; specialty certification preferred. π₯ Preferred: One year of hospital nursing experience.
