Role and Responsibilities: ๐ Shifts: Full-time Nights โ 3x12-hour shifts with rotating weekends ๐ Deliver high-quality emergency care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. ๐ฉบ Utilize the nursing process to provide and supervise care, including medically prescribed interventions. ๐ค Manage patient care in a high-paced environment, ensuring safety and efficacy. Qualifications: ๐ Required Education: ASN required; BSN preferred. ๐ Required License/Certifications: Current NC RN license and BLS. ๐ฅ Required Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hospital nursing experience; ER experience preferred but not mandatory as cross-training is provided.
