Practice Information No market competition Monday - Friday schedule (40 hours/week) Clinical services 36-hrs/week (office & procedures) and 4-hrs/week admin time Outpatient only, or you can join in the call if you so desire with the Hospitalist team Seeing 20-24 or more if you desire The need is due to pending retirements and growth 330-bed regional facility with all sub-specialties represented Open to 2023 and 2024 residents Looking to add 8 Primary Care docs to the system due to growth and retirement Compensation & Benefits 325K+ base plus RVU bonus options $50,000 signing bonus $300,000 in student loan repayment 6 weeks PTO with instant accrual Health, dental & vision plans Retirement plans - 401k, 403b & 457b Free access to two fitness centers Child care & early learning center for dependents Community This postcard-esque riverfront community of 40,000 residents is renowned for its natural beauty, highly developed programsin the arts, and diverse & hospitable residents.
