Gastroenterology physician employment in Illinois : Locums - Galesburg, Illinois, Gastroenterologist Job Clinical Role: Do you know someone that might be a good fit for this position? Locum job opening Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible gastroenterologist Description: General GI - care of acute and chronic GI conditions, new patient access, endoscopies, hospital consults. Expect median productivity Group will work with the locum physician on call expectations- prefer as much call coverage as possible, open to multiple candidates Patient admits and rounding Typical Week: 2 full days pers week in office 8-5; 2 days in surgery; day flex Avg Clinic Patients Per Day: 20 Typical Call Shift: Most are phone consults and cases done in OR next day Both weekday and weekend coverage needed Weekday shift: 8a-5p (clinic and surgery days) Weeknight Pager call: 5p-8a yes Weekend call: Fri 5p Mon 8a Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS Minimum Years Experience (if applicable): 1 EMR: EPIC Allow RecruitWell to set up a phone call with you and the client to discuss more!
