Our focus is on smart growth, high efficiency, and deliver trusted experience to customers and partners worldwide.The role of Senior Construction Project Manager requires a background in datacenter design, engineering, controls, and operational requirements and an emphasis on project/construction management, datacenter lease market experience, client representation and project and Project level services.The Datacenter Development (DCD) Senior Construction Project Manager is ultimately responsible for the complete project delivery for each site location. This person is responsible for ensuring that each project meets the DCD Guidelines and standards, which may be adjusted from time-to-time based on best practices and Lesson Learned drawn from previous projects as well as industry changing best practice.The candidate will coordinate with the Datacenter Engineering (DCE) team and support specialty consultants to update and provide feedback based on design (BOD). In managing the delivery of projects, this position aligns team objectives, business processes, vendor management strategies, and cross-group collaboration efforts with the Datacenter Development Project Strategy. In doing so this will result in effective client relationship management and efficiency in cost management and project delivery.This person will be an advocate for managing a safe worksite. Safety is one of the four pillars of CO+I's mission in delivering cloud capacity; joined by Quality, schedule adherence, and Cost Management. Qualifications: Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field AND 10+ years related experience OR equivalent experience. 4+ years experience in the development of Mission Critical facilities. 4+ years experience of datacenter project construction with large-scale datacenters or datacenter lease providers. Other Requirements: Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check every two years thereafter. Preferred Qualifications Ability to independently manage project schedules. Ability to independently coordinate contractors and support staff. Ability to influence cross-discipline teams. Construction Health & Safety Knowledge. Experience managing multiple large multi-faceted projects Construction Project Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $112,200 - $194,800 per year.
