Here are the key responsibilities: Guest Check-In and Check-Out: Efficiently handle guest arrivals and departures, ensuring accurate registration and payment processing. Reservations Management: Assist guests with room reservations, changes, and cancellations. Customer Service: Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and answer guest inquiries. Room Assignments: Allocate rooms based on availability and guest preferences. Payment Processing: Verify credit card information and process payments. Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns promptly and professionally. Communication: Relay messages, handle phone calls, and assist with wake-up calls. Safety and Security: Follow protocols for guest safety and emergency situations.
