Founders Roofing & Construction LLC in Frisco, TX is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our passionate team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met with top-notch service. We offer a competitive commission structure, along with opportunities for professional growth and development. We will also train you to be the best you can in this role! Compensation: $76,000 - $150,000 commission based Responsibilities:• Door-to-door canvassing• Meet with prospective clients, inspect the exterior of their homes for damage, and offer solutions that best fit the clients' needs• Walk clients through the insurance claims process• Strive to Meet or exceed company sales goals• Preparing and presenting all sales contracts and product presentations with prospective clients• Maintaining client records Qualifications:• Great organizational skills• Outgoing personality and ability to network and establish partnerships within the community• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to carry, set up and climb a ladder• A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle• Previous experience in the roofing industry or the willingness to learn• Self-motivated & Goal-Oriented individuals• Strong work ethic and willing to be flexible• No experience is required but it is beneficial!
