Job Title: Programmer Analyst .NET Core (Hybrid) Location: Richmond VA Duration: 12+ Months Job Description: Work with the data science team to build the visualization applications using ArcGIS and Power BI platforms and also build internal applications using the PowerApps/Powerautomate platform. Working smarter and proactively though the use of data analytics and automation Building digital twins of the roadway infrastructure to bring the data, computing, visualization together. Modernize the applications. Core responsibilities. Gain broad understanding of the client innovation framework. Use the innovative/latest tools and best practices to build applications using the Power Platform and ArcGIS Follow all applicable industry and client standards, processes and Protocols. Engage multiple customers and develop applications to meet their needs, manage stakeholder communications and expectations. KSA: Process mapping experience, Code Documentation, Writing Requirements/Scope documents, Writing use-cases, using architectural artifacts interpreting solution architectures Excellent written and oral communication Customer focused collaboration Ability to travel around the state as needed Minimum of three days in the office to work with the rest of the team Experience: Other Software Knowledge: Visio, Visual Studio Code/Visual Studio Community Edition, SQL Server, Azure Datalakes and Warehouse, Oracle, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Experiences Skills: Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience Programming experience in a high level compiled language such as C#, C++, Java Required 5 Years experience with scripting languages such as java script and Python Required 5 Years experience with Microsoft Power Platform to include PowerApps, PowerAutomate, SharePoint Required 2 Years experience using GIS for creating dynamic mapping applications and processing real-time location data. Required 5 Years experience using Rest Ful APIS Required 5 Years Powered by JazzHR
