Check us out at: https://www.woodgrain.com/ We are looking for an Outside Sales Representative What we bring to you: Competitive combination of base salary + commission, no cap to commission potential Woodgrain pays 75% of medical, dental and vision insurance 401k matching 3 weeks PTO Perks such as tuition reimbursement and large discounts off Woodgrain products What our Outside Sales Representative does: Meet/exceed sales goals and objectives for the assigned territory Demonstrate thorough understanding and execution of each step in the sales process Manage partner accounts Effectively utilize the CRM platform Exhibit a thorough understanding of the business, products, customers, supply chain, local market trends and conditions, competitors, and market pricing. What you need to have: BA/BS degree preferred -OR- equivalent years of experience 3-5 years of sales-related experience or training Experience in building materials or wood industry preferred.
