Loan Operations Agri Specialist I

Position Description:Job Purpose and Scope: To perform a variety of daily back office loan functions. This includes assisting the Agri Lending team with performing daily transactions, maintenances, and other responsibilities in a professional and accurate manner according to policy and procedures. Essential Job Functions: * General loan file maintenance, and code changes. * Supports Agri Loan Officers, Loan Assistants, and other frontline staff. * Processes daily, weekly, and monthly reports. * Sets up payments via ACH. * Processes disbursement requests. * Establishes, maintains, and monitors Agri escrow accounts and escrow payments. * Processes loan payments. * Posts incoming wires. * Files and/or scans documents. * Processes returned mail. * Processes returned checks. * Reviews all work from previous day for accuracy. * Maintains good punctuality and attendance at work. * Follows Bank policy, procedures, and guidelines.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: * Ability to handle confidential information professionally. * Ability to learn and perform in a fast paced environment. * Ability to calculate figures such as percentages, fractions, and interest. * Ability to multitask and adapt to change. * Ability to work without close supervision. * Excellent internal and external customer service skills. * Good written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work well under pressure and with exacting deadlines. * Ability to adapt to repeated interruptions. * Ability to work well with others in a team environment. * Ability to respond to requests and demands professionally and promptly. * Ability to learn and follow Bank policies and procedures. * Ability to demonstrate a high attention to detail with exceptional organizational and time management skills. * Skill in using computer and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.Job Expectations:Operate customary equipment and technology used in a business environment, with or without accommodation.Note: This description is not an exhaustive list of all job functions, duties, skills, and job standards required.
