Due to our continued growth, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Governance & Quality Manager to join our Central Services Team. This role will be based in Basingstoke (office based with agreed homeworking). You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £50,000 – £60,000 per annum. We are Trust Mark - the only UK Government-Endorsed Quality Scheme for home improvements carried out in and around the home. We are passionate about quality and assurance and what that means for homeowners and our Registered Businesses. About the Governance & Quality Manager role: As a Governance & Quality Manager, you will ensure ongoing compliance with ISO 9001, and prepare for the adoption of ISO 2700 & ISO 14001. This role involves key responsibilities around supporting the delivery of Trust Mark’s Master Licence Agreement (MLA) with the government. You will lead and manage the governance, quality, risk, and security management operations at Trust Mark Responsibilities as our Governance & Quality Manager will include: ISO Standards Management Lead the ongoing maintenance and improvement of ISO 9001 ISO and the future adoption of ISO 2700 & ISO 14001 (Environmental Management). MLA Management: Support the delivery requirements of the Master Licence Agreement ensuring full compliance with all obligations and reporting requirements. Governance and Policy Development: Develop, implement, and maintain robust governance structures and policies in line with regulatory requirements and best practices. Risk Management: backss, and manage identified risks across Trust Mark, and develop and implement comprehensive risk mitigation strategies. Security Management: Oversee and manage the company’s information security strategy and protocols in line with ISO 27001 standards.
