The Role of the Sourcing Procurement Associate Our client is one of the leading suppliers of Medical Aesthetics/medicals in the UK. The role involves maintenance and distribution of all departmental KPI metric and supplier performance reports on a weekly and monthly basis. Working across departments, and with the Sourcing & Procurement Manager, to ensure all data and reports are valid and a fair representation of both the department and suppliers’ performance. Working in tandem with the Sourcing & Procurement Manger to identify and source new suppliers in the medical industry based on quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability. Manage the end-to-end supplier approval process, ensuring strict quality control and compliance with medical industry regulations. Report on supplier performance through key data metrics, providing constructive feedback to drive improvement. Collaborate closely with the Supply Chain Operations Team to monitor and enhance supplier OTIF On-Time In-Full performance. Support the Sourcing & Procurement Manager in all departmental activities where required. Maintain a comprehensive product range, regularly reviewing and updating the range in line with market trends and business requirements. Support the Group’ s procurement strategy to become the single point of contact for all spend against product and service, within Operations. Champion cohesive planning across all Group Operations Benefits of the Sourcing Procurement Associate £30k-£35k basic + other benefits The Ideal Person for the Sourcing Procurement Associate A minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain / procurement operations, preferably in the Medical Aesthetics/medicals But not a must Strong understanding of the quality control, regulatory compliance, and market trends.
