Job Title: HR Advisor Location: Whitefield, Manchester Salary: GBP32 : 35k per year depending on experience Job Type: Permanent, Full time. Duties of the HR Advisor to include: Identifying opportunities to improve and streamline HR processes and procedures. Ensuring the HR Database is up to date and records are accurate and fully completed. Responsible for administering HR: related documentation across the whole spectrum of employee lifespan within the business. Assist with the collation of personnel data for ad: hoc internal and external reporting purposes Implementing and maintain records of employee attendance at training sessions Responsible for regular timely communications to employees regarding upcoming events on the training calendar : monitoring and booking in responding employees where necessary. Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure all recruitment is carried out according to company procedure and assisting with process including: Entry of job descriptions onto job boards Liaise with line managers to set up interviews with selected candidates and feedback from managers following interviews and responding to candidates accordingly. Help to co: ordinate internal and external training and ensuring arrangements are effectively planned, organised and communicated as required Ensure line managers are supported with staff issues, providing prompt and accurate advice in accordance with employment law, statutory rules, and company policies and procedures. Provide advice and support in relation to disciplinaries, grievance, performance, capability and sickness issues. To incorporate a training and development programme for our employees as well as ensuring managers are conducting regular reviews Introduce performance plans and personal review processes and schedules Update and maintain the employee handbook and HR policies and procedures when required Ensure self and team comply with all legal, regulatory or data.
