Senior Estimator West Yorkshire Regional Main Contractor GBP 55k : GBP 70k + Car / Allowance + Benefits (Depending on experience) Our client is an established regional contractor with a company turnover of c GBP 5m, they have a reputation of delivering quality builds across a broad range of projects including healthcare, education, commercial and residential to c GBP 3m in value. Due to continued growth and an increase in enquiries / exciting leads, they are currently looking to recruit a Senior Estimator to work out of their West Yorkshire based office to produce tender and quotation proposals. The ideal candidate must have: Minimum 5yrs in estimating roles for recognised main contractors Ability to price projects using first principals Good understanding of construction management process and techniques Ability to understand and interpret tender documents, specifications and drawings, take offs Experience in producing bills of quantities and scopes of work from drawings or client brief Familiarity with both bespoke and standard forms of JCT and NEC Contracts Knowledge of estimating packages This is a great opportunity for an ambitious candidate to take that next step in their career or for an experienced Senior Estimator to take on a new challenge.
