Im calling all Quantity Surveyors Have you got experience working on Healthcare and Education schemes? Do you possess both NEC and JCT Contract knowledge? Have you worked on and successfully delivered projects of GBP10m to GBP40m in value? If so, I am looking for an experienced and talented Quantity Surveyor to assist the Commercial Team. This position is project based with the opportunity for remote working. Your New Company: Is a national construction service to both private and public sector customers across a range of markets. In this role you will: Manage subcontractor supplier accounts, financially and contractually, in order to secure full entitlements under the contract. Identify, secure and deliver the business forecast in both turnover and margin. Obtain the most competitive quotes by understanding current market trends. Assist in the production of cost value reports and forecast cash recovery and ensure that both are kept In line with target. Ensure compliance with all contractual requirements. Monitor internal expenditure against the budget. Seek opportunities to maximise value and minimise costs in line with company values. Ensure all customers and stakeholders have exceptional customer service and work to achieve outstanding delivery of all projects. The company are looking for you to have: Experience in Preconstruction. Experience with both NEC / JCT forms of Contract. Experience of managing large subcontractor accounts. Experience with Client engagement. Excellent communication skills. Drive and ambition. You should enjoy working in a hardworking but very inclusive working environment.
