Job Title: Quantity Surveyor Salary: GBP45,000 Location: Northampton Sector: Offsite Construction Would you enjoy working for a specialist contractor who are backed by a large tier 1 developer? Are you looking for that next step in your career? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a specialist contractor who are delivering projects across the residential and commercial sectors. Projects will include new build housing, high rise accommodation units and hotels up to the value of GBP3million. Your experience with JCT and NEC forms of contracts will be essential as you will be expected to identify risks and discrepancies in these contracts to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to strict budgets. We would welcome conversations with quantity surveyors who: Have a background working as a sub contractors quantity surveyor Can work from complex construction drawings Possess experience with scope of works Are able to manage margins and costs Will communicate effectively with internal colleagues and external parties Have experience negotiating terms when necessary If you are interested in this role ARV Solutions or click Apply to submit your CV for consideration.
