Im calling all Assistant and Trainee Quantity Surveyors I am looking for a skilled and motivated Assistant / Trainee Quantity Surveyor to join a national tier 2 main contractor. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the Quantity Surveying team in delivering accurate cost estimates, monitoring project budgets, and ensuring efficient cost management. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual looking to develop their career in Quantity Surveying. The company has doubled output in the last 2 years and they have a strong pipeline of work with excellent career opportunities for the successful applicant in the years to come. Whats on offer? They offer a competitive salary package. A base salary of GBP30,000 : GBP45,000, depending on experience and qualifications. The chance to receive marking leading training and development opportunities. A strong pipeline of work leading into 2024/25. What they are looking for: Degree/HND qualification in quantity surveying. Experienced in commercial new build projects including education and residential projects. Excellent planning and organisation skills. Good negotiation and communication skills. Good time management skills.
