Join us in shaping the future of law enforcement technology. Person Specification: Essential Criteria: Knowledge/Education: Possess GCSE Mathematics and English grade C or above, or equivalent. Work Experience: Have experience in a support role involving liaison with suppliers and users. Be responsible for configuration, deployment, and maintenance of technical equipment, including asset management. Personal/Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, showing initiative and creativity when required. Have the ability to document clear and user-friendly instructions and follow technical procedures with precision.
