Kingscroft has been asked to recruit for a Finance Manager for a Global organisation setting up a new UK distribution and sales operation. As the ideal candidate for this Finance Manager post you will be qualified, have experience of leading the financial administration of a multi: million pound business and have a proactive approach to daily tasks. You will be strong on business processes and controls and confident of delivering the day to day financial management and the relevant inter: company and statutory reporting required. As a new UK operation the initial tasks will help shape the business processes and systems with help from group and local partners. The new business will deliver directly to an existing customer base with orders in place to ensure success. Your roles and responsibilities will include: All aspects of month: end, budget and forecasting packages to be delivered on time and with good quality. Identifying root: cause of variances to communicate and lead implementation of improvements across all areas of the business Budget and forecasting project management, coordinating inputs from across the entity to be delivered in accordance with CTW timelines. Provide business support to operations of UK entity to improve the overall performance and drive results through KPIs and analysis. Control CAPEX projects and analyze ROI. Operational support including cost roll: up, inventory management Using financial analysis to suggest areas of improvements and liaise with the Managing Director to ensure areas of improvement are acted/followed upon Management of payments including suppliers, wages, PAYE, Pension, staff expenses etc. Review and renew insurance and other business.
