Job Role - Service Co-ordinator / Engineer Scheduler Location - Bedford Salary - £20,000pa - £26,000 – Full Time / 22+8 days holiday / Pension We are a successful facilities management company who have been established for nearly 30 years’ providing Electrical, Mechanical, Gas and Air Conditioning Services across the UK. We have built long term relationships with many prestigious clients which include the Health Care, Education, Leisure, and Industrial sector. Due to continued growth, we are now looking to recruit an experienced Engineering Planner to join the Bedfordshire office team. Key Responsibilities: Planning of engineers, materials, equipment and permits Planning reactive works to ensure deadlines are met and work is arranged asap Act as a point of contact and escalation for the engineers on site Providing support to schedulers and field staff Provide the cooperation necessary about each job to do work as prescribed by operations Provide a central source of information concerning maintenance work, and equipment repair Establish personal work goals. Deal with the planning and scheduling of shutdowns Keeping on top of emails and complete spreadsheets Quoting for any equipment or materials needed Deal with engineers to ensure the projects are completed in sufficient time.
